Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fabric Chronicles, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy to understand how we handle order cancellations and refunds.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return after delivery.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for refunds.

Fabric Chronicles reserves the right to cancel orders if:

• The product is out of stock.

• There is an issue with payment.

• The shipping address is invalid.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
